Recycled rubber is composed of a 100% recycled, shredded and granulated rubber aggregate generated from reclaimed waste rubber tyres. The rubber is blended with polystyrene balls and rolled in a solvent free prepolymer. The formulation is loaded into a mold and bonded hydraulically to ensure consistency. This is finally coated with an acrylic UV stable reflective coating.
Recycled rubber is organic, non-hazardous and not toxic. Each particle is coated in an inert polyurethane.

Pre-molded x tyre panels, production color is black but we are trialing grey acrylics to replace the black.
SBR (tyres) are considered non-biodegradable over 50 years.Polystyrene is considered non-biodegradable over 70 years.Polyurethane is considered non-biodegradable over 30 years.Acrylic surface coat is considered non-biodegradable 10 years.
Panels can be recycled and reconstituted.
All the above components are considered UV stable

Insensitivity to moisture and water. Does not allow an ingress into particles but will fill void spaces.
The panels were designed to carry their own weight and sit low in the water to counteract wind. Do not walk on them.
Lay first row of panels along the longest straight area and attach panels to each other with the clips provided. Run the securing lines through the loops on every tenth panel in case you need to retrieve the panels. As you add so you gently float out across the area to be covered.
There is no maintenance required.
